The Biscay Regional Council and Biscay Food Bank (BFB) have signed a cooperation agreement to expand food collection, introducing a new line of work: perishable food. Thanks to this agreement, the aim of the regional institution is to take a step forward towards achieving the objectives, strategic lines and targets set out in the Biscay 2010-2016 Urban Waste Prevention Plan.
